To our valued customers and colleagues:
We wanted to update everyone on our situation inlight of many businesses closing over the last few weeks in Ontario. Given the nature of our business and the services we provide to the healthcare, government and financial services industries amongst others, Polar Imaging has been deemed an essential business. As a result, we are staying open and continuing to provide our services to our clients. We have implemented several policies and measures in our scanning facility to ensure the cleanest and safest work environment for all parties involved.
We’ve increased the frequency of cleaning in our administrative offices and on our production floors. As we always have, hand sanitizer is provided in all areas for our staff and associates. We are working closely with our teams to ensure that anyone who is not feeling well understands that we support them staying home. Social distancing protocols for our production staff are in place. Specifically, we have reallocated production staff to less populated areas of the office and have separated them more in their work areas. Employees who can work from home, have been instructed to do so.
We will continue to refer to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, the World Health Organization and our public health agencies to determine the safest course of action for everyone who is employed by Polar Imaging, as well as our valued customers. This situation continues to evolve quickly and we will be monitoring it closely.
Based on current guidance and our own standards and practices, we are continuing production as normal and continue to be available for technical support as needed. Should there be a disruption in your company that impacts the receipt or pick-up of your documents, please reach out to our team as soon as possible.
We are continuously available for consultations and support to any businesses who are interested in going digital to ease remote work for their team.
