London – Aug 22, 2013 – Once again, Polar Imaging sponsored and participated in Woodstock Hospital’s Annual Golf Tournament, held on Wednesday, July 24, 2013. This is the third year Polar Imaging has had the opportunity and pleasure to sponsor such a great event.
With the support of their corporate and community partners and participants, Woodstock Hospital Foundation was able to raise over $40,000 for much needed medical equipment. This year, the money will be directed towards the purchase of a mobile digital xray unit for the Diagnostic Imaging department. This technology offers imaging at the bedside when moving a patient is difficult or unsafe, and will be a great benefit to the hospital.
The team at Polar Imaging is pleased at the success of the tournament and as always, looks forward to next year.
