Great customer service recognized with COE Award.
LONDON, ON. May 1st 2020 Since our company began operating, Polar Imaging has strived to offer our customers the best services and support possible. Over the years, we have refined our process, tailored our service offerings and took the time to understand our customers needs to provide them the best solution possible. After doing this for over 15 years, we have built plenty of great long-term relationships with our customers and helped many businesses become more efficient and more successful.
In April of this year, we were selected by Digitech Systems into their Circle of Excellence. This is a great accomplishment for our company that we are all very excited about. Last month, Digitech released their announcement and press release in regards to our selection, which we were very happy to share with everyone. We decided however that we wanted to take a moment and explain why this award means a lot to our company.
First we’d like to begin by explaining what the Circle of Excellence is and why it is so important. Each year, Digitech Systems chooses only 10 value-added resellers throughout the world to be inducted into its Circle of Excellence. Members are selected based on their technical expertise and commitment to offering superior customer service to users of Digitech Systems’ document management software.
Before adding an array of document management system options and workflow software to our service offerings, we evaluated many different vendors. We wanted a product that we truly thought was not only the best solution for our clients, but also the best value. When we started having discussions with Digitech Systems, we were very impressed with what they had to offer and we felt a strong connection with their team. Their solutions were exactly what we had in mind and their team was very helpful in helping us understand how we could make the most of it. We felt confident that we could represent Digitech’s products very well and embrace them as our own.
The solutions that we offer from Digitech are very in-depth with lots of features. Knowing them in and out enables us to make sure each of our clients get the most out of it and that all of their needs are taken care of. This knowledge and expertise along with our company values have led us to a great overall customer satisfaction.
Being selected into the Circle of Excellence is a great sign of recognition from Digitech in regards to all of our efforts. This award helps validate that we are a top tier service provider to all of our clients as well as our partners. We are very proud of where we are today and of the effort that our team puts in on a daily basis. Going forward, we are confident that we will continue to be a part of the Circle of Excellence since we strive to continuously improve our services and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
