Tell Us What You Would Like to Test

You do not need to have every detail figured out. Tell us about your records and the outcome you are trying to achieve. A document specialist will help identify a useful, representative sample.

What happens next?
We review your information, contact you to discuss the sample and requirements, then outline the recommended next steps. Submitting the form does not commit you to a full project.
Common questions

Proof of Concept FAQs

What documents should we include?

Select a sample that reflects the variety and challenges of the larger collection. This may include different document types, paper sizes, filing methods, image quality or indexing requirements. We can help you choose the right sample.

Can you test our naming and indexing requirements?

Yes. The purpose is to validate how files should be separated, named, organized and indexed before production begins. We can also compare more than one approach when needed.

Can the files be prepared for SharePoint or another system?

Yes. We regularly prepare files and metadata for SharePoint, document management platforms, line-of-business systems, secure download and encrypted media.

Can a proof of concept include AI?

Where it adds practical value, we can test AI-assisted classification, extraction, naming or summaries. Results are reviewed so we can determine whether the approach is dependable and appropriate for production.

What happens to our original documents?

Originals can be returned or securely destroyed after your approval, depending on the agreed process and your records-management requirements.

What happens after we approve the sample?

We use the agreed results to define the production workflow, confirm the scope and prepare the next-step recommendation for the larger project.
